WELCOME TO APCN & KSN 2024!

Dear colleagues,

It is our great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 22nd Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology, held in conjunction with the 44th Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Nephrology (APCN & KSN 2024). We are especially excited to host APCN & KSN 2024 as a fully physical congress in Seoul, the vibrant capital city of Korea, a nation known for both cutting-edge innovation and deep cultural heritage and tradition.

With the firm support of everyone, APCN & KSN 2024 has already achieved remarkable success by reaching a record number of 1,528 abstract submissions and over 3,400 pre-registrants from fifty-one countries. In return for your support, the Scientific Committee has devoted the utmost effort to create a high-quality scientific program covering the latest research in the management of kidney health. We hope all participants will be able to make the most of the scientific program to advance their knowledge in the understanding and treatment of kidney diseases and share thoughts and ideas with renowned speakers and colleagues.

We are particularly excited to announce that APCN & KSN 2024, held under the theme of "Promoting Sustainable Kidney Health: The Asia-Pacific and Beyond,” is dedicated to sustainability. In line with this commitment, we have prepared sessions on Green Nephrology that focus on the management of kidney health with sustainable kidney care practices. Additionally, the overall congress is organized in an eco-friendly manner. We hope you will be inspired and experience first-hand the innovations in sustainable kidney care at APCN & KSN 2024.

In addition to the scientific program, there is an exhibition on the 3rd floor of COEX where all participants can enjoy coffee and refreshments while attending exhibitor spotlight sessions, the poster exhibition, and a Seoul pop-up booth offering diverse activities. We have also arranged a social event, the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, on the evening of Thursday, June 13, which promises to provide an excellent networking opportunity.
