Special room rates have been set for participants of APCN & KSN 2024.

- In order to secure hotel accommodations, it is highly recommended for participants to reserve their room as early as possible.
- Reservation, cancellation, and extra charges are subject to the policy of each hotel.
- **If you are an invited guest, Please do not make your own hotel reservations – secretariat will proceed your hotel reservation.

Fill out the hotel reservation form and send it directly to the hotel via e-mail by May 31 (Fri), 2024

Receive the confirmation letter from the hotel.
